Govt tightens OCI rules: Overseas citizenship holders risk losing status; convictions of 2 years or more will lead to cancellation
The Indian government has announced that Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders could have their registration cancelled if they are convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for two years or more.
